"I had ordered the taxi for my Dad, who is elderly and can get confused (which I had put in the message field on booking). The taxi came right on time to pick him up, and dropped him off at the door of the hotel where we were waiting. Excellent service and the driver had really looked after my Dad. Will use again. "
